Community operations

Manage channels, roles, permissions, moderation tools, bots, and announcements. Recruit, onboard, and coordinate moderators.

Engagement & safety

Run community activities and creator-focused livestream events, coordinate partnerships, and respond to raids, scams, and disruptive activity.

Scale in context

The community grew from approximately 100,000 members in 2020 to approximately 700,000 by 2026 while I helped manage its operations and staff coordination.

I’ve been managing online communities since 2019. My experience spans official paid and voluntary roles in gaming, anime, and creator communities.

I enjoy the balance of people and systems: supporting moderators, making events happen, keeping communication clear, and building tools that give members more ways to participate.

As a creator myself, I understand the work on both sides of the conversation.
